Card and payment information may be collected directly by PayFast or another approved payment provider. We do not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. We may receive limited transaction information such as the payer, amount, date, payment status and provider reference so that we can administer your account.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where reasonably necessary with:

• payment, banking, accounting and fraud-prevention providers;
• website hosting, cloud storage, analytics, email and communications providers;
• Google, Meta and other platforms used to deliver a service you requested;
• professional advisers, regulators or authorities where required by law; and
• a successor to our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

Some service providers may process information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we use providers and arrangements intended to provide an appropriate level of protection.

Our website may use essential cookies and limited analytics to operate the site, understand usage and improve performance. You can restrict cookies in your browser, although some site functions may not work as intended.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, an active customer relationship, dispute handling, or accounting and legal retention requirements. We then delete, de-identify or securely archive it where appropriate.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No online system is completely secure; if we identify a security compromise affecting personal information, we will respond and notify as required by applicable law.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults authorised to act for them. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
